This is an excellent research tool when you are looking for real estate.
Zillow is a tremendous resource when buying or selling a home and it is good entertainment as well. Occasionally there are data errors in Zillow, but it is fairly reliable on more than 99% of the information. It works best on iPad, as it has a different layout for Windows 8 that omits some of the info you get with iOS.
Easy to use, plenty of search options, all at your finger tips. Its my go-to real estate search app.
Kinda makes you question why you would need a real estate agent to put an informed price on your home when you get all the sales and estimate info from this app. As a Canadian I scratch my head when it comes to the Florida insurance information. Yikes! Awesome app.

A great app that lets you shop, compare and evaluate your next move. It has plenty of information on properties that allows a potential buyer to review everything from the sales history to taxes.

Some bad moments

The latest version of zillow does not have the ability to disable the draw function when looking at a saved search. I always start with a saved search but then disable the draw function to zoom out and see other properties using the same filters. The only way to do this now is to start a new search and re-enter the filters. Bad, very bad...
It says no results found, even when I put no filters on my search.
This app doesnt show house to sales or rent in Canada! Dont buy...,
Unsubscribing should stop the constant emails, but it doesnt. I suggest not getting the app, but if you did & they wont stop, contact BBB, your states AG, and a lawyer like I did.
This app froze my phone continuously. It demands location setting be turned on before it can be used. If I dont turn on the location it freezes my phone like a computer virus. It freezes the home button, wont let me exit the app or choose cancel. Ill just use the website or try another app.
Glitches and crashes have plagued Zillow OS app versions for over a year, current performance allows about one property viewing per shutdown ... its a disservice to the professionals of the real estate field. Engage a competent mobile app development team or exit this space.
