Very pleased with its performance!

I really appreciate all the relevant information that Zillow offers. No other app gives me all the past listing and selling history of a property. I also appreciate as a homeowner being able to correct information on my property on Zillow including the ability to update the pictures. I like the Zestimate feature as well but find it to be a bit higher with the values assessed than what a property like our home for example is actually worth. Id give Zillow a 9 out of ten rating! Love this app!

Pulling up houses I didnt know about in my price range. I am very pleased so far.

Its really fun to walk around Manhattan and Brooklyn with this app. It gives me a whole new understanding of the city.

Unsubscribing should stop the constant emails, but it doesnt. I suggest not getting the app, but if you did & they wont stop, contact BBB, your states AG, and a lawyer like I did.

This app froze my phone continuously. It demands location setting be turned on before it can be used. If I dont turn on the location it freezes my phone like a computer virus. It freezes the home button, wont let me exit the app or choose cancel. Ill just use the website or try another app.

Would give it a fifth star if it had more filtering drop downs.
