Great App

All I hear from people about Zillow is "the estimates arent accurate - you cant trust those"... Blah blah blah. Well one thing is for sure, having a baseline estimate for a property is a heck of a lot better than having no estimate - like in the other apps (trulia or the realtor app). And in my experience, the zestimates are on the money more often than not. Nice app.
